The South Swell difference stems from our deep roots in the environmental community coupled with a keen understanding of the development process. Our reputation was built as a preferred Department of Environmental Protection and Water Management District environmental restoration contractor in Florida. South Swell’s origins can be traced to its affiliate Tampa Contracting Services, Inc (TCS) which continues to restore ecologically important lands for a wide array of private developers, government agencies and municipalities. TCS prides itself on a most impressive 100% success rate in rebuilding and creating these sensitive habitats. South Swell harnessed this mitigation expertise and expanded its applications so that similar environmental improvements could take place upon private lands. South Swell partners with local engineering firms, ecological service providers and environmental construction experts.
