South Swell manages hundreds of acres of natural lands, consisting of wetlands and upland habitats. These lands include properties held by South Swell and lands in partnership with public agencies. Our mitigation process requires us to retain detailed management responsibilities for our properties to ensure long-term success of these sensitive ecosystems. South Swell’s team of scientists, land managers, exotic control specialists, and biologists maintain the land with adaptive land management practices. We implement immediate-post planting maintenance as well as long-term management such as exotic and invasive species control on all its land holdings. South Swell performs all necessary earthwork to implement and maintain a projects habitat and hydrology restoration.
